Fee changes for eBay UK shop merchants

eBay UK has announced changes to the fees charged to "ebay shop" merchants. The insertion fees are lowered, but the final value fees have been increased...

From 22nd February 2006, eBay UK will be changing Insertion and Final Value Fees for Shop Inventory Format listings. The standard Insertion Fee will be lowered from 5p to 3p per listing. The Final Value Fee for the amount of the selling price up to £29.99 will be increased from 5.25% to 6.75%. For the amount of the selling prices between £30.00-599.99, the Final Value Fee will be increased from 3.25% to 3.75%. Final Value Fees for amounts over £600 will remain unchanged at 1.75%.

Shops subscription fees and Feature fees for Shops items will remain unchanged. This change only affects Insertion and Final Value Fees for Shop Inventory Format items listed in an eBay Shop. Insertion Fees and Final Value Fees for all other listings are unaffected.
