Broadband price war hots up as Wanadoo launches 1MB service for £17.99pm.

 print  e-mail

Wanadoo this week unveiled a new 1Mb Broadband service for £17.99 per month - significantly undercutting offerings from its rivals.

Available from 25 August, deal, this deal makes fast Broadband more affordable for more Internet users, although it will not suit users who download lots of data (quite a big catch really!)

Broadband users will be able to take advantage of Wanadoo’s new offer from 25 August by signing up online at www.wanadoo.co.uk/time.

Where the 1Mb service is not available at the customer’s exchange, 512k Broadband will be provided instead.

Wanadoo Broadband 1Mb range

  • Broadband for the Masses: 1Mb with 2GB monthly usage allowance - £17.99 per month
  • Broadband for Above Average Usage: 1Mb with 6GB monthly usage allowance - £22.99 per month
  • Heavy-usage Broadband: 1Mb with 30GB monthly usage allowance - £27.99 per month
