Businesses wanted for Channel 4 motivational series

 print  e-mail

Betty television, an independent production company, is making a series for Channel 4 on how to get the best out of staff in a variety of businesses.

They are looking for a business that is up for a challenge to take part in this brand new series which will air on prime time Channel 4 later this year.

One of the show's highlights will be the presence of a renowned motivational expert who will be sent into the chosen company with the main aim of increasing staff motivation and improving communication between staff members.

The programme's expert has already worked his magic on Asda, M &S and the estate agents Beaverbrooks.

The programme’s main aim will be to raise confidence levels in staff, help them to hit targets and make them happier in their jobs.

The expert's services will be provided free of charge (the normal cost would run into thousands) and the end result could provide positive publicity for the rejuvenated company.

Filming would take place at given times over a 4 week period – the guru would visit 1 to 2 times a week, then set the staff motivational exercises to complete in his absence.
