New web service aimed at promoting local businesses

 print  e-mail

With a growing number of local businesses in recent years losing their share of customers to out-of-town superstores, many shops and traders have been finding it difficult to survive.

A new web service, My Local Offers, has been designed specifically to generate more business for small traders.

The site, launched this month, enables businesses to reach out to local customers and promote any number of special offers at no cost.

The new service focuses purely on local businesses and aims to provide them with a powerful local marketing force to compete with their larger rivals.

My Local Offers has a simple concept. Traders create a promotional coupon or special offer on the site. Local residents can then search from a wide variety of offers. Each trader is provided with a dedicated web page to display information about their products and services, as well as any brandings (images, logos, etc.)

Offers can be created instantaneously, and traders can track precisely how each offer is performing via some of the inbuilt reporting functionality.

If any Bytestart visitors would like to find out more about this new service, and to register free online, simply visit www.mylocaloffers.com
